Job description
– Provides technical customer-oriented product support
– Analyze plant layouts and recognize shortcomings, inefficiencies and develop improvement potential for safety, reliability and efficiency, including heat recovery applications.
– Provides feedback to Managers and Contractors on their maintenance and operations procedures.
– Responsible for the active intake of requested special customer wishes, validating them on feasibility and perform risk assessment.
– Carried out by manufacturing sites, monitoring progress, and acting as a point of contact for these parties.
