    1.System Pre-sales Engineer (Asst. Manager) 32-35k.
    2.Network Engineer (Implement) 20-23k.
    3.IT Service Desk @ Bangna 3 Position 16-18k.
    4.Product Specialist 20-23k.
    5.Cloud Engineer 25-28k.
    6.Engineer 25-28k.
    7.Helpdesk (Coordinator) @ Bangna 16-18k.

    1.System Pre-sales Engineer (Assistant Manager) 1 Position
    Responsibilities:
    1.Work as Presales engineer or a system engineer who can propose solution, manager project, and coordinate with customer/vendor.
    2.Main target customers are Japanese enterprise manufacture in Thailand.
    Control each project from the beginning to the end.
    3.Manage team staff to accomplish each project.
    4.Coordinate and arrange any kind of issue related with projects between different internal division. (e.g. Sales, SE, Maintenance dev.)
    5.Clarity customer’s requirement and make proposal and present it for customer.
    Qualifications:
    1.Male / Female Age more than 28 years old.
    2.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS or related fields.
    3.Have experiences in system pre-sales engineer more than 5 years.
    4.Have presales skill for IT infrastructure (need basic and high level proposal documentation skill.)
    5.Required experience for presales of IT infrastructure (need communication and coordination skill)
    6.Need basic IT infrastructure knowledge for windows server, LAN, Internet, etc.
    7.Good command in English.

    2.Network Engineer (Implements) 1 Position
    Responsibilities:
    1.Implementation on Customer network.
    2.Communicate and coordinate with Project Manager and Engineer Team.
    3.Support team with basic technical knowledge in IT: Network (Cisco or any
    other brand) LAN/WAN, Internet and Network security etc.
    4.Troubleshoot every case and check the opportunity to restore the service or give workaround in order to meet the customer needs.
    Qualifications:
    1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS or related fields.
    2.Age 24 – 30 years old.
    3.Have experiences in network engineer 2 – 5 years.
    4.Basic skill of Cisco IOS routing and switching platforms, including Cisco L2/L3 switches and routers
    5.Having skill in Implementation support function, LAN/WAN Technology, Network Equipment, TCP/IP, IP Telephony.
    6.Cisco Certificate is preferable (CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP)
    7.Good command in English.

    3.IT Service Desk (Bangna) 1 Position (welcome for new graduated)
    Responsibilities:
    1.Provide consistent quality customer services to external clients based on SLA
    2.Responsible for answering calls from customers, assisting them with entering incidents /problems into service desk system and escalating critical issues to our internal support team.
    3.Log and track requests, and also update call status to customer.
    4. Monitoring status and escalation to support team if required.
    5.Provide basic troubleshooting in PC, system, network.
    6.Responsible for monitoring alarm and escalation to customer and internal.
    Qualifications:
    1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
    2.Age 22 – 27 years old.
    3.1-2 year minimum work experience in helpdesk or call center support
    4.Experience of monitoring system is advantage.
    5.Good command in English especially communication skill.
    6.Service Mind and have communication management skill.
    7.Can work in shift (07.00 – 15.30 / 13.00 – 22.00 / 21.30 – 07.00)

    4.Product Specialist 1 Position
    Responsibilities:
    1. Lead the establishment of Business (not limited to products and services and commercial launch through end-of-life (including creation of technical specification, service condition, sale trainings material, etc.) in Thailand and Mekong sub region.
    2. Individual will work closely with many internal organizations including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Operations.
    3. Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs (Request for Information) and RFPs to sales team/account manager.
    4. Act as a key liaison and feedback channel to internal team for competitive intelligence and market trends.
    Qualifications:
    1. Male/Female ages 24 – 32 years old.
    2. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with IT, Telecom work experience, would be preferred.
    3. 3+ Strong experience in Business Development.
    4. Ability to create demand and educate the marking in term of new technology.
    5. Experience in the global service telecom provider market is preferred
    6. Working with mid and large national and multi-national Telecom Industries.
    7. Ability to balance technical and business issues and communicate appropriately with both technical and business experts.
    8. Develop and document product related documents and artifacts such as market requirements, product requirements, service descriptions, data sheets, training material and customer facing collateral.
    9. Fluent in written and oral communication and presentation skills

    5.Cloud Engineer 1 Position
    Responsibilities:
    1.Maintain and operate Cloud system infrastructure.(Infrastructure cloud,
    Desktop as a service)
    2.Support and troubleshoot issues related with Cloud services
    Qualifications:
    1.Age 26 – 30 years old.
    2.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
    3.At least 5 year work experience in cloud engineer
    4.Has good knowledge on virtualization infrastructure.
    5.Has server administration experience.
    6.Skills and experienced on Vmware.
    7.Skills on Cloud related product is advantage.
    8.Has good knowledge on networking, routing and LAN/WAN technologies.
    9.Good command in English especially communication and reporting skill.

    6.Engineer 1 Position
    Responsibilities:
    1.Work as a Project Manager who can propose solution, manager project, and
    coordinate with customer
    2.Installing and configuration IT solutions.
    3.Monitoring and maintenance IT Infrastructure.
    4.Troubleshooting IT Infrastructure problems, diagnose and solving.
    Qualifications:
    1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS or related fields.
    2.Experience in system Administrator or system engineer at least 3 – 5 years.
    3.Through knowledge of current OS and enterprise software: Windows 2008/2012 (Clustering etc), antivirus product, Mail system, Security.
    4.Knowledge skill in Virtualization / Storage / Tape / SAN / Backup / BCP / DR will be advantage.
    5.Good command in English, Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    7.Helpdesk (Co-ordinator) 1 Position (Welcome new Graduate)
    Responsibilities:
