Duties and Responsibility : •Responsible for employee relations activities to strengthen company, employee and labor union relationships •Provide guideline and consultant in related to the issues of employee relations, rules and regulations, legislative requirements on the issue of employment conditions and other concerns. •Analyse data/information that is received from the suggestion boxes and conduct employee survey and analyze the aspect for improvement. •Acts as a liaison between management and union representatives. •Prevent possible conflicts, in close cooperation with HR and employee, and contribute to strike management process. •Design and manage communication program to create a good understanding both inside and outside the company •Manage employee engagement program and company activity. •Build and maintain relationships with local labor authorities. •Manage and provide effective support regarding employee services matters.

•Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Laws, political sciences, Industrial Psychology or related field.
•Experience in Employee Relation of management level, strong leadership skill, negotiable skill.
•Work with Employee Committee such as Labour Unions, Welfare Committee.
•Good command in English is must required
