Roles & Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the recruitment and selection process in order to support the company and ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within a timely manner.
2.Work with hiring managers for job specification, candidate's qualification, experience, education and characteristics.
3.Plan and prepare assessment tools for the selection process.
4.Deal with recruitment agencies and work condition agreement for serves business unit and conduct other special project for more channel recruitment.

– Male / Female Age not over 30 years old
– B.A. Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
– Minimum 1 year full-cycle recruiting experience or HR function
– Good communication in English
