• Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
• Updating office policies and procedures
• Supporting staff, managers, and Managing Director.
• Preparing Visa and Work permit document

Administrative Officer Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Any gender, Age 22-28 years old (new grad are also welcome)
• Good command in English (Japanese skill is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
