Position: Sales Manager. Job description - Manage purchasing team in term of policy, job procedure and compliance, Logistics management, Import and Export operation - Develop and sourcing new vendor and supplier selection process based on price, quality, support, capacity and reliability - Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. - Measure and manage vendor and supplier cost down negotiation - Team performance evaluation and develop staff skill - Report sale turnover and investigate how to improve the result - Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback, coaching and education - Performing customer service and promotion, visiting customer - Building relationship among member, customers, vendor - Keep on existing business for new chance - Communicate for special issue between internal and other - Support MD and take some MD routine work over such as urgent approve payment, give cooperation with M&A and accounting, small making decision. - Staff evaluate job performance base on criteria setup formulation, and report the result to MD - Manage supervisor and her subordinator. Final approve about problem solving before MD. - Promote new product to customer - Make new marketing research and arrange team meeting

Qualification;
– Graduated Bachelor degree of Business and Industrial Management or Industrial engineering or relate field
– Experience in Sales, Merchandising, Marketing in manufacturing at least 3-5 year.
– Female (More than 35- 40 years)
– Advance to good communication and coordinate
– Advance to relationship, enthusiastic and good personality
– Good command in computer MS office and relate program
– Good command in English language
– Knowledge with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, AS9100
