Job description
-Own all facets of the construction site transformation project management for strategic accounts.
-Educate yourself about your customers and jobsites – Acquire deep knowledge of user’s vision, day-to-day work-flows, pain points of existing operation and objectives for improvement and optimization.
-Work with Construction Digital Transformation team (technical team, 3D design team) to create solutions for the customers pain points and deliver the solution at the jobsite.
-Win trust from customers, inspire them, get site information from them, make transformation happen at a jobsite level and at a company level.
-Coordinate solution training and on-boarding of customers. Accelerate customer deployments by identifying and facilitating program expansion opportunities. Master Construction Site Transformation Project Management skills and train Project Managers of your company or partners.
-Advocate for partners’ customers’ needs with internal teams and provide compelling evidence to inspire action to improve our Smart Construction solutions.
Qualifications:
-Degree or knowledge of architecture, civil engineering or mechanical engineering.
-Experiences or will in client-facing roles, such as pre-sales(sales engineer) and consulting
-Good command of both spoken and written English (e.g., TOIEC 700 up) or Japanese.
-Experience in architecture, civil engineering or mechanical engineering works/projects with strong project management skills 3 years up (1 company)
-The Ability to read construction drawing and communicate with customers.
-Experience with 3D CAD software or survey software (ex; Civil 3D, Infraworks, 3D Office or similar software).
-Is willing to regularly travel to partner on sites.
-Great at scope and schedule tradeoffs, and balancing stakeholder expectations with realistic execution.
