Job Description:
– Responsible for checking and listing the spare parts required for the job & coordinating with Engineer’s P.I.C. prior to the customer’s preference
– Assist in sourcing out materials, equipment and local workshop needed for any job
– Partake in generating a Service report, calibration reports, etc
– Execution of work on-site in accordance with direct instruction of Lead Engineer
– Perform all kind of general admin duties such as data entry, prepare weekly and monthly report.
– Handle PO, DO, contract & quotation
– Attend to customer via phone and email.
– Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when required.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree graduate
– Able to work under pressure
– Self-motivated, proactive & able to work as a team
– Knowledgeable in using a computer
– Good command of English, Oral & Written
– Able to work in Bangpli / Samutprakarn area
