Job Responsibilities: • Reply the countermeasure of Market Quality Claim Report • Cooperating with related departments to investigate and find out the countermeasure of corrective action and preventive action of the Market Claim report • Follow up to ensure that the countermeasure / QIP of each Market Quality report is implemented completely with efficiency and effectiveness • Summarizing the F-Cost from Market Quality Claim Report and proceed the reimbursement process to Manufacturing company of that product based on Warranty Agreement • Preparing and delivery the emergency parts when Oversea client / Service requested • Controlling all jobs to achieve on plan as QA Manager assigned • Summarizing job report to Supervisor

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relate
• If have experience of QC, QA or Customer Service will be advantage
