Job description
– To conduct business development or marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
– To make Feasibility Study of real estate development business including residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
– To manage the sales/lease progress of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
– To manage finance/cash flow status of project
– To develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them
– To collaborate with JV partner and related team to do real estate development business
– To perform other duties that may be assigned
– To support the executives for any kinds of requested tasks
Qualifications
– Male / Female
– Age 33-40 years old
– Major Architecture, Real Estate, Business Strategy or related fields.
– Experienced in marketing or business development of Real Estate 5 years up
– English business level
