บริษัทญี่ปุ่น ทำธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาคอนโดมิเนียม ลีสซิ่งและการจัดการอสังหาริมทรัพย์
🔍🔍กำลังตามหาคน
✅ ผู้ชายหรือผู้หญิง
✅ อายุ 25 – 35
✅ มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในการคุมโปรเจค Construction Site ประมาณ 3 ปี
✅ สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ หรือมีคะแนน TOEIC 600 up หากสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Responsibilities:
– Support communication between Japanese BD and Local partner
– Scheduling meetings and setting agendas for the project team
– Participating in the necessary meetings and interpreting (in English or Japanese) in order to manage the progress of existing projects, and then summarizing the results.
– Support to provide monitoring and reporting of progress, risks and issues for a range of projects
– Updating project records
– MD Assistant
– All necessary procedures and arrangements for the MD’s activities in Thailand and, where possible, liaison with head office (non-project).
– Report on new projects, daily market research, economic situation, legal changes, etc.
