Job description
– Being a window person for shops and suppliers/monitor on product delivery (all products shops ordered have been delivered successfully) to ensure that shop can run operation smoothly.
– Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
– Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
– Monitor inventory levels and place order as needed
– New shop preparation e.g. PO system setting, equipment order
– Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
– Female/Male
– Age 27 or above
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– 2 years of experience in Purchase/Logistics&Supply chain
– Excellent microsoft excel skills
– Excellent communication skills
– Good problem solving skills
– Negotiation skills
– Experience in food industry is a plus
– Good command in English speaking and writing preferred
– Can speak Japanese is prefer
