Responsibilities
– AR management including AR settlement, collections against AR, billing, overdue
– Ensure billing information is correct in SAP
– A/P management including posting AP domestic invoices, PM consignment
– Posting accruals including severance/bonus, advance expense and subsidy for employment etc.
– Asset management including acquisition, depreciation, disposal in SAP and providing detail depreciation report to each BU controllers
– Assist with VAT report on the fixed asset related details to report to tax office
– IC overdue management
– Assist internal and external audit, especially regarding AP, T&E, Fixed assets, IC transactions, footnotes for external audit report
Qualifications
– English: verbal and written at business level
– Korean: communication skills (reading/writing/speaking) for required work scopes
– Bachelor or above with major in Finance or Accounting (could also accept other finance related major)
– At least 3 years’ experience in accounting and SAP
– Proficient in Excel
– Able to work independently
