Requirement :
-Gender: Any
-Age 25-35 y
-At least 3 years’ experience in Real Estate, Engineer, Construction, Architect or equivalent
-Communicate Goodat English (Toeic 600 up) and Japanese (N3 up)
-Having good knowledge of construction and architect with the related laws and regulations, analytical skills, presentation skills, cost-conscious and management skills
-Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
-Having a good skill of CAD, Design or Illustration software and Microsoft Office
Job description :
-Supporting Japanese supervisors, gather information for reporting site status to the company, visiting construction sites regularly and participating in regular site meetings.
-Check the site work and site inspections are being carried out appropriately in order to ensure construction progress without delay and to keep a certain level of quality.
-Support to provide monitoring and reporting of progress, risks and issues for a range of projects
-Updating project records
-MD Assistant
-All necessary procedures and arrangements for the MD’s activities in Thailand and, where possible, liaison with head office (non-project).
-Report on new projects, daily market research, economic situation, legal changes, etc.
