Responsibilities
– Work with our engineering team to identify and implement cloud-based solutions for the company
– Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
– Provide ongoing engineering support to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (e.g. application servers, security, networks, etc.)
– Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
– Make proactive suggestions for service improvements and demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence
– Coordinate planned and unplanned outages with vendors and customers
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Management Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields
– 5+ years of experience in solutions implementation in the Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/AZURE/ GCP)
– Proven ability to collaborative with multi-disciplinary teams of project managers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders
– Experience in .Net core or Java programming language is preferable
– Good command of English. Able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage.
