Responsibilities
– Devising and establishing a company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications.
– Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
– Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
– Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
– Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
– Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
– Manage the measuring equipment’s calibration.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related field.
– Previous experience in quality control / quality assurance for 7 years; familiarity with company’s industry will be advantage.
– Have Special knowledge in metal product.
– Have knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and Quality in any field.
– Understand drawing.
– Knowledge of measuring equipment verification
– Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and Power Point.
– Good command of written and spoken English or Japanese.
