Responsibilities
– Analysis all chemical solution in process that result correct.
– Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways
– Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand
– Receive complaints and resolve problems in process.
– Pass on information from upper management to employees.
– Check quality reports to customers.
– Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
– Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
– Planning and controlling working concept of subordinates.
– Assigning and following subordinates to achieve the target.
– Coordinating with other department. that comply with company’s plans and vision.
– Reporting working result to superior level.
– Controlling subordinates under safety rule and 5S activity. their duties or delegated tasks.
– Other job assignment from superior level.

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree major : Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Science or related field.
– Have working experience in plating company.
– Experience in Production 3 – 5 Years
– English skill is good.
– Can use Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point.
– Can use program Auto CAD
– Basic of chemical
– IOS 9001/ISO 14001/5S
