Responsibilities
– Collect information and follow up on the quality control documentation system for parts and products.
– Operate and control measuring instruments related to product quality including a plan to calibrate the measuring instruments
– Prepare, update documents to be current and follow up Supplier Control System (SQAH).
– Gather information and follow up on RoHS audits.
– Analyze the cause of quality problems and find ways to prevent as well as keeping a history of quality problems
– Supervise the subordinates to comply with the rules and regulations of the company.
– Participate in controlling and monitoring the performance of each department to achieve the goals.
– Improve workpiece inspection methods to be qualitatively efficient.
– Providing advice, training, teaching work to subordinates appropriately and safely.
– Summary report on quality control of parts and products to propose to the supervisor
– Other duties additionally assigned by line supervisors
– Participate in improvement activities and other developments such as KAIZEN, CB or QCC, etc.
Qualifications
– Experience in QA/QC Supervisor at least 3-5 years, ISO9001 & ISO14001
– Bachelor’s degree in any related to production or any related field.
– Microsoft Office skills
– Computer literacy & English or Japanese Proficiency
