Responsibilities
– Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
– Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
– Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
– Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
– Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
– Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
– Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
– Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
– Develops and maintains user and application procedure manuals.
– Develops, disseminates and enforces policies on technology and communication devices.
– Insures that the appropriate file backup procedures on computer systems are being performed and the backup date is securely safeguarded.
– Maintain or making of software system for production section.
– Other tasks assigned from GA section.
Qualifications
– Male, age 27-33 years old.
– Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, Computer Science only.
– At least 5-7 years of experience in IT field.
– Experience in database systems such as SQL Server
– Able to communicate well in English
– Have a good attitude and personality, good flexibility
– Able to work in Prachinburi
– Able to use Microsoft Access in Advance skill
