Job descriptions
– Manage around 10 persons in Administration group, including 1-2 Managers and develop team’s capability.
– Presentations and discussions with Management (Japanese/Thai) in the company, in English.
– Cooperating with management of Headquarters in Japan, including other oversea bases.
– Provide legal consulting services and support company to comply with labor law or any law and regulations.
– Establish, review all types of contracts, agreement and memorandum used in a business operation for the purpose of protecting the company’s advantages.
– Updates and review Thai laws and regulations related to company business.
– Monitoring company regulation in accordance with company’s goal
– Considering and in charge of company’s dispute and law concerned matter.
– Ensure to comply with laws and best practices to enhance the business running efficiently, accurately, timely and responsibly.

Qualifications
– Thai nationality, Male – Female, age 38 – 42 years old.
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Laws and related field.
– At least 5 years of working experience in legal fields.
– At least 5 years of working experience in management level.
– Professional knowledge and experience in labor relations, labor law, including business law and PDPA.
– Strong in strategic planning skills, negotiation, and convincing skills
– Overseeing Human resource management which includes HRM, HRD, HROD and HRIS are preferred
– Excellent in listening, writing, reading and speaking in English (TOEIC score at least 700).
