We are a venture-backed company founded in 2014 with more than 200 employees in an office located in Tokyo. We develop customer relationship management and mobile/web marketing Software Plat form SDK(Software Development Kit)

– Male/Female , age 24-30
– Bachelor’s degree in business , marketing or relate fields.
– Have experience in marketing , digital marketing , customer success 2-3 years
– Good communicate English Business level
– Have knowledge in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
A Customer Success is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
Their job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. As a Strategic Customer Success, you will work closely with brands to help them realize value from their investment.
● Be the face of Repro and primary relationship owner for your customers
● Build and establish strong relationships with your customers as a trusted advisor
● Design and implement internal and external-facing processes that enable our customers to be successful in utilizing the Repro platform.
● Help your customers to realize ROI from Repro by working with them to build and support a comprehensive Success Plan in furtherance of their marketing and CRM strategies.
● Be a dedicated point of contact for strategy, product training, and non-technical support questions.
● Drive adoption across multiple departments such as sales, marketing, product, stakeholders, and business users.
● Consult with clients and help create technical game plans to seamlessly integrate Repro with their wider technology ecosystem.
● Report to Thailand CS Manager and Director.
