JOBDESCRIPTION
IMPORT PROCESS
– To receive and follow up documents from overseas agent or consignee and checking shipment
information accuracy
– Contact MD or Sale Dept to check information, quotation and SOP for new customer
– Relay document to customer and receives confirmation of import type such as BOI, EEI or
pay import duty
– Relay shipping document to Customs broker with import type to justify tariff rate
– Send import entry to customer for review after confirm or revise forward to Customs Broker
– Pay Import duty, Follow up Transfer money for Import duty and VAT from customer in
case of customer haven’ t any privilege
– Coordinate with Customs broker for customs clearance proceed
– Receive confirmation to pick up container or cargo at port
– Information to customer for consignment delivery and supplier for move-in, unloading or installation
– Feedback to overseas agent for POD receipt

EXPORT PROCESS
– Received quotation and SOP from MD or Sale Dept
– Acknowledged the assignment and keep record on the customer file
– Contact shipper to collect other information and export documents
– Receive shipping order/particular, S/I, commercial Invoice & packing list from shipper
– Booking & Space reservation with Carrier or Co-loading or Airline by phone or e-mail
– Booking confirmation and relay all details and document to Shipper, Transportation
and Customs Broker
– Update schedule and condition to Packing company in case shipper request packing,
move-out and etc.
– Follow up B/L or AWB from Carrier or Co-loader or Air line
– B/L or AWB confirmation via email from shipper
– Delivery B/L or AWB to shipper
– Relay pre alert to overseas agent

FTA PROCESS
– Shipper provide document ( 1. DFT application , 2. Copy of company affidavit, 3. PP.20,
4.copy of passport, 5 Power of attorney)
– Fill an application form and prepare documents to lower sign and submit to the DFT Department

IMPORT -EXPORT LICENSE PAPERLESS PROCESS
– Provide document of new company (1. KSK 1 application ,2. Copy of company affidavit,
3. Two copies of value added tax certificate (PP 20) 4. Copy of first page of bank account andbank statement passport, 5. Copy of seal registration (BAJ 3), 6. Copy of passport
7. Power of attorney (The 3rd page of KSK 1)
– Fill an application form and prepare documents to submit to the Customs Department

VENDER PAYMENT PROCESS
– Contact/ follow up all expenses occurred
– Create P/O in Excel file
– Relay all documents to Accounting Dept for payment to suppliers

BILLING PROCESS
– Issue invoice on Express as per Sale’s Quotation
– Checking billing invoice before send original to customer
– Billing to customer and Oversea agent (send original docs receipt to customer)

REPORT
– Sale report
– Sale forecast
– Shipment detail for CS Dept

SALE COORDIANTOR RESPONSIBITES (In case sale team out of office)
– Rate Negotiation O/F and Air Fright with Carrier, Co-loader and Air line
– Cost supply to Sale Team (Transport, Customs clearance, Box supplier and etc.)
– Quotation support
– Find new supplier

OTHERS
– Take care and support CS Team
– Update bulk vessel schedule to Admin
– Checking H.S. Code, Duty rate and License require
– Contact with government in case apply license and FTA.
– Visit customer and supplier (if any)
– Other boss assignment
