UX Researcher (19791)
■Position: UX Researcher (Innovation & Process improvement)
■Job description :
-Analyse current business processes and software to develop a strong understanding of the business.
-Gather requirements and insights from all stakeholders and prepare the customer journey map.
-Measuring efficiency and time usage of the current operation processes.
-Ideate and design solutions / features from business insights to solve users’ pain points and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our operation processes.
-Communication with the developer team and product managers to compare technical complexity versus business benefit and prioritize the implementation plan to improve business solutions.
-Conduct usability / feasibility / conceptual / prototype testing.
-Training and support user after go-live.
-Support our digital strategy and promote the adoption of transformative approaches, tools and driving consistency in operations within our business activities.
-Evaluating and tracking productivity improvements created by digital innovation solutions and tools.
■Major: Bachelor or higher degree of Information Technology, Computer science, Digital Innovation, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), human behavior or related field (Psychology, Social Science, Research, Information Science, etc.)
■Work experience: Must have minimum 1 year of experience in following fields: Design thinking (concepting, ideation and iterative prototyping) and business analysis.
■Prototyping tools: Familiar with prototyping tools such as AdobeXD, InVision, Marvel, Sketch, Figma, etc.
■English:Strong communication skills, both written and oral in Thai and English
