Position: Project Planner
Location: BTS Ratchadamri
Salary: 27,000 – 40,000THB

[Job Description]
• Create proposal to customer based on their requirements
• Create the overall concept and presentation for the project
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Create overall schedule based on timeline from the customer
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs (QT&BOQ)
• Take care about the contract or memorandum with the customer
• To be responsible for any assignments from senior staff or Manager
• To undertake any other related jobs as and when necessary
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

[Requirement]
– Sex : Male / Female
– Age : between 26-39 years old
– Language : Intermediate level of English or higher(Work with Japanese Manager)
– Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing communication, interior design or any related field
– Advantages : Work experience in interior design & construction, advertising, digital marketing or related.
– Skill : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
