Work location : Bangkok – Near BTS Phromphong
Position : Business development and Marketing Officer / Senior Associate Officer
-Male / Female
-Age 27-35 years old
-Major Architecture, Real Estate, Business Strategy or related fields.
-Experienced in marketing or business development of Real Estate 3 years up
-English : Business level
-Salary 35,000-50,000 baht
Report to Executive Manager (Japanese male)
Responsibilities
• To conduct business development or marketing research for the development of residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
• To make feasibility study of real estate development business including residential, office, hotel, retail, logistic, and so on
• To conduct overall market research related to real estate development business
• To develop business strategy, scheme, and model for the new business and project, and to verify the feasibility of them
• To collaborate with JV partner and related team to do real estate development business
Welfare
Position Allowance: 0 – 5,000THB
Bonus: 2 months of base salary（depend on the performance)
Work Days: Mon – Fri
Work Hours: 9.00 – 17.40
