Position : Revenue Marketing Associate (21691)
– Responsible for revenue growth of hotels and café business by managing multichannel on sales & marketing.
– 3 months of on the job training to become a key person for sales & marketing for hotels.
– Key position of the fast growth hospitality start up started in Thailand.
■Position: Revenue Marketing Associate
■Job Description :
1.Develop & execution of sales & marketing strategy
a.Develop & drive objectives and action plans to initiate short- & long-term sales & marketing plans
b.Primary point of contacts for all sales & marketing opportあunities.
c.Travel locally, regionally, and nationally (if any) to source new partners for sales & marketing
d.Visit clients, discuss products to meet their demands and contract.
e.Runs marketing initiatives routine
i.Come up with ideas for post including creatives & captions to attract potential guests
ii.Run ads on social medias (facebook, Instagram and LINE etc…)
2.Revenue management – Room rates optimization based on demands
3.Account Management
Qualification :
■Age: 22-25 (Prefer New graduate)
■Gender: Any
■English: Good communicate (business level)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business strategy or any related fields
■Basic salary: 20,000-23,000 (+ Servies charge around 4,000-10,000B)
■Allowance:
Social insurance, health checkup, overtime pay, provided fund, company insurance, dental assistance, annual increment.
■Allowance: Social Insurance, Medical Insurance, Provident Fund
■Working location: Mainly head office but WHF can be done!
■Saturday: usually not (holiday will be 2 days a week in some weekday, not Sat or Sun)
■Office hour: 9:00-18:00 (Flex)
