📌 Work location : Bangkok – BTS Chong Nonsi
✅ Position : IT Solution Engineer(Junior)
※ Job description :
・Work as 1st/2nd level support to solve any technical problems of customers.
・Assist/Coordinate with Sales for Customers’ Support Maintenance contract
・Support Internal system as well for OS and Application issues.
・Monitoring Network / Report to the Customer
・Monitoring end users’ Backup Job
・Documentation for Helpdesk Team’s task
※ Qualification :
・Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT related department
・Experience 3-5 Years IT support or relate
・Troubleshooting Skill
・Basic knowledge for Windows Servers and Network equipment
・Good English Communication Skill
■Salary: 30,000-50,000B depend on experience
■Allowance : WHF allowance 1,500B, Car allowance up to 7,000B
