✅ Position : Import Staff
※ Job description :
1. Do OVERSEA AGENT send PRE ALERT DOCUMENT( HBL, MBL & DEBIT NOTE)
2. According to the importer or the exporter, the Amendment Manifest
3. After the Amendment Manifest importer or exporter sends the information to the shipping line or the shipping agent.
4. Issue JOB. in NETMARK system
5. Inform the arrival date, cargo release inspection, schedule the date and time of D/O release, and details about the cost of receiving D/O.
6. Order an expense check with the accounting department for receiving D/O with the shipping line.
7. Order the messenger to pick up D/O from the ship line or the ship’s representative. according to the date and time the information was received
8. Issue INVOICE BILLING in the NETMARK system, record the expense data stored for cost customers (from ship line + ship line agent).
9. Etc.
※ Qualification :
– Male / Female , age 24-30 years old
– Bachelor’s degree in logistic , business or relate field
– Work experience 1-2 years of import-export from a shipping line or a shipping agent.
– Good communicate in English language.
– Salary 18000-20000THB
