Position of General Manager (FOOD INDUSTRY, TRADING AND RESTAURANT)

Job Description:
-Developing company targets and managing the performance of staff
-Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
-Overseeing different departments daily operations
-Working closely with department heads and directors
-Developing new solutions to meet customer needs
-Improving internal processes for better productivity
-Managing and supporting staff including daily performance, disciplinary actions

Requirement/Qualification:
-At least 3 years management experience
-Language: English & Thai (must) Japanese (will be an advantage but not a must)
-Have a clear mindset of “Organization” & “Reporting”
-Understanding of Japan culture is an advantage
-Exceptional communication skills
-strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong
-working relationships
-Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Keen strategic thinking and planning
