– Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.
– Setting sales and marketing KPI’s to manage activity within th team.
– Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
– Develop service procedures, policies and report.
– Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussion.
– Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports.
– Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment.
– Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best pratices to areas og improvement.
– Control resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
– Adhere to and manage the approved budget.
– Trains other sales people in the art of selling.
– Male or Female
– Age 35 – 45 years old
– Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or Marketing related field.
– Experience sales and service at least 5 years in management level
– Good command in English (TOEIC 700 up)
– Knowledge of ISO 9001 / TS 16949 and ISO 14001 are on advantage
