Responsibilities - Control and production plans in accordance with the plan. - Daily summarize internal quality issues including waste, scrap, rework, and open NCR/CAR. - Monitor and manage production output including recovery plan to achieve hourly/shift target. - Daily summarize total losses time and machine downtime.

Position : Production Staff
Qualifications
– Male or Female age 28-35 years old.
– Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
– At least 3 years of work experience in production process or industrial machine are preferred.
– Have knowledge in CNC, Wired cut machine, Laser machine would be advantage
– Computer skill: good in MS Office, Can use Auto CAD
– Good communication, having organizational skills and leadership.
– Production skill (Knowledge kaizen improvement, line balancing)
– Can communicate in Japanese would be advantage
