JOB DESCRIPTION 1 Manage overall Human Resource functions: (recruitment, payroll, training, welfare & benefits, employee relations, performance appraisal). 2 GA functions: (facility management, cleaning & security control, office supply/stationary, company activities, etc., and proceed by lead a team members efficiently and effectively. 3 Manage safety, health and environment matters by providing general guidance, direction, advice and regulatory requirements. 4 Develop and implement HR and GA strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 5 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or issues. 6 Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending policies and procedures including issuing and announcing rules and regulations. 7 Ensure legal compliance by implementation, monitor, investigation, and maintaining records. 8 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

-Bachelor degree or higher in human Resource Management or related.
-Experience : Minimum 8 years’ experience in human resources, general affairs and safety
-Good command of English.
