What is Personnel Consultant?

With the motto "Smile Always"

Our company was established in 1994. We have been operating longest among Japanese-affiliated recruitment agencies in in Thailand, specializing in job placement for Japanese and Thai candidates. We have built long-standing relationships with many clients and have been assisting in job placements with a focus on the future of both the client companies and the job seekers.

Currently (as of December 2023), we have 15 Japanese and 80 Thai staff. With the motto of "Smile Always", we strive to do our best to make everyone involved happy.

In April 2009, we relocated from Summit Tower, where we had spent 15 years since our establishment, to Interchange 21, located at the intersection of Asoke and Sukhumvit in the heart of Bangkok. In 2011, the annual number of job referrals exceeded 2,000.

Every year from 2007 to 2015, the company has continued to have the highest number of referrals among recruitment agencies licensed by the Ministry of Labor, and has received awards for excellent recruitment agency.

With the aim of "Supporting Japanese Companies Striving in Thailand", we launched four group companies: rental office OFFICE23 in 2012, employee training business VALUE INNOVATION SEMINAR & TRAINING, marketing research firm JAPANPLUS, and recruitment agency J-SAT GENERAL SERVICE in Yangon, Myanmar in 2013.

In 2015, we established the company TRAINING AND SEMINAR KOTSUKOTSU CO., LTD. with the hope of making further contributions to the people of Thailand through human resource education and training for Thai employees.

In 2019, we established an overseas recruitment company THAI NIPPON FELLOWSHIP RECRUITMENT CO., LTD.

We would like to continue to serve you and strive to improve our work every day with your guidance.
