■ Job Responsibilities
**This position does not encode as main job responsibility.
**However, the opportunity for encoding can be provided if the candidate want.
- Assisting clients and internal staff with software-related problems.
- Setting up and maintaining hardware in the office and at client sites.
- Assisting the software engineer team with debugging, particularly in understanding how software issues affect hardware.
- Providing technical support and assistance to clients.
- Managing and maintaining the office network.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for IT procedures, system configurations, and user guides.
- Ensuring that all systems are updated, patched, and backed up regularly.
- Regular communication with the engineering team in India to discuss software issues, updates, and coordinated solutions.
- Regular communication with managers and the IT department at the Japanese headquarters for reporting, and escalations.
- Being available to handle urgent IT issues
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to IT support and development.
■ Qualification/ Required Experience&Skills
- Need experience
- No job hopping multi-times in a year
- 25-45 years old
- IT support or engineering
- Or Exp related with IT industry
- Eng: Communicable within company
- Able to read and understand 5-10 pages of English text.
- Daily English phone correspondence with Japanese, Indian, and Singaporean teams.
