【Job Description】

-Plan and control the operation of administrative work. Property registration All vehicles of the company
-Control work related to property insurance. accident work and employee’s life insurance.
-General welfare work such as cafeteria, housekeeping, security guards, annual travel, sports day, etc.
-Control work and contact with various government agencies involved.
-Control the work safety system. Safety and environmental management
-Control public utility systems, water, wastewater, boilers, and air compressors.
-Control documents to meet ISO, TLS 8001 standards, etc.
-Support work, giving advice, and providing assistance to various departments.
-Control and supervise outsiders, subcontractors, and those working for the company.

【Qualification】

-Education : Bachelor's degree in administration
-Qualified as an environmental manager, work safety leader.
-Able to use computer programs.
-Experience: At least 5 years of work in administrative management.
-Age 35+ years old.
