仕事内容
- Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting.
- Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with Customer).
- Have familiar with enterprise network and service monioring tool and Dealing with escalated network support issues.
- Provide support / troubleshooting to resolve issues following service level agreement.
- Communication support between JP/EN/TH.
- Work with under pressure and others assigned by supervisor.
