仕事内容
- Develop sales strategy both short- and long-term sales targets
- Set up annual, quarterly and monthly sales target and gross profit
- Set up sales plan for new and existing account
- Control and follow up the sales results
- Visit and contact customer to check current situation or any new opportunity and actual customer's inquiry
- Support team to solve the problem if the shipment has the problem.
- Keep checking comments or feedback from customer for develop in future
- Report any risk situation from sale team to concern department
- Summary sale performance with analysis which gain or not gain.
- Give the approval document to all related on time.
- Manage and control the work flow to be effectively
- Find and analyze what is main cause which make sale team can achieve the target
- Create innovative solution/ alternative to drive sale performance
- Manage, assign tasks, and monitor works in team to work efficiently and give advice or consult to employees and lead team to the goal.
- Communicate and convince customers to use company service
- Give good advice to employees for building relationships within an organization.
