仕事内容

Main responsibilities
-Product manufacturing and maintenance
-Manage production plan to ensure the schedule and customers satisfaction.

1) General - Under the order of Managing Director,
1.1) Set policies, objectives and targets for division.
1.2) Develop and review budgets and ensure to achieve target.
1.3) Set department objectives/goals and monitor ongoing progress and performance.
1.4) Manage and direct overall division operations including acting for change and improvement in performance and quality, and fully comply company's rules and regulations.
1.5) Working with Management team, exchange useful and necessary information, giving advices among the Management to achieve company goals.

2) Production - Manufacturing transformers and related products by on-time basis with fair quality to customers.
- Repair and maintenance transformers as required by customers

3) PDT Control - Organize / manage plan to support the production schedule
3.1) PDT Plan - Organize production plan to ensure that no delay schedule
3.2) Inventory - Keep / store all materials in good conditions, ready and easily for utilize.
- Make sure that materials is enough and match with production plan. Organize material purchasing plan and cycle material checking
3.3) Procurement - Procure the materials and related items which are required with correct specification, price competitive and on time basis
3.4) Import/Export - Support material import and products export activities, to make sure that those items can be received or delivered on schedule with proper cost.

1）一般業務ー Managing director
　1.1)　部門の方針、目的、目標の決定
　1.2)　目標達成のための予算<人員・投資・経費>を策定・検討
　1.3) 部門の目的/目標を設定、進捗と業績の管理
　1.4) 会社の規則に遵守し、パフォーマンスと品質の変更や改善などを含む部門全体の業務管理、および指揮
　1.5) 会社目標達成のために、経営陣と協力し、有益な情報交換、アドバイスの提供を行う。

2）生産ー変圧器および関連製品〈PTR ,DTR ,CRT〉の製造を時間通りかつ適正品質で顧客に届ける
ー〈工場内のみ〉顧客の要望に応じた変圧器の修理・メンテナンス
3）PDTコントロールー生産予定の計画サポートするために整理/管理
3.1)PDTプランースケジュールの遅延をなくすために生産プランの整理
3.2)在庫ー全ての在庫を良好な状態で保管し、すぐに使用できるようにする
　　　　在庫が十分であることを確認し、生産プランと一致しているか確認
3.3)調達ー材料・関連アイテムを適切な仕様・競争力のある価格・時間通りに供給する。
3.4)輸入/輸出ー適切な価格、時間に全ての製品が届いたか、届けられているかを確認するために材料の輸入および製品輸出の業務サポート
