What is the circumstances that led you to use our services?
We utilized Personnel’s service when employees from sales management department and acconting departmet retired. Not only your company and our Japanese staff are connected, but our Thai staff are also connected, which makes it easy to contact them.
What challenges did you have regarding recruitment (or other services)?
There were people retiring in the sales, sales administration, and accounting departments of the Bangkok office, and we were faced with the issue of needing to fill in human resources (and there will be more in the future). There were issues such as the need to hire new employees for the new Rayong factory established in 2018.

By having your company’s staff screen the candidates in advance, it becomes easier to understand points that are difficult to understand from just the person’s resume with your company’s comments.
What do you expect from our services in the future?
There is basically no problem in introducing Thai staff, but it would be helpful if you could introduce them more quickly. In addition, we have requested recruitment services for Japanese executives in the past, and we hope that such special recruitment services will be enhanced as well.
