What is the circumstances that led you to use our services?
We have been associated with you since the era of the Representative Office before the establishement of the corporation in 2018. At that time, it was difficult to find human resources who could work for a small company like ours so we made inquiries to several recruitment agencies.
What challenges did you have regarding recruitment (or other services)?
Our company is the Thai branch of Konishi Yasu Co., Ltd., a specialized trading company in chemical industrial chemicals with a history of 195 years since its founding. However, being a trading company in chemical products often leads to cases where cadiates say “I’m not good at chemistry because it’s difficult” durning the recruitment. Other than that, in the past, there were many cases in which even when we finally hired someone, they quit immediatel so the inability to develop human resources was a major issue which affect company’s growth.
