【Job Description】
As a leader of the production line, manage subordinates and perform general management and operations in the plant
- Management of production operators
- Periodic checks to ensure that automated machines are operating properly
- Deal with any problems with the production line
- Requesting machine parts, etc. to be ordered from admins
- Logistics management in the plant
- Production progress management
- Product quality control
- Safety management to ensure that there are no hazards on site
- Other tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
- Bachelors degree
- At least 3-5 years experience as a mechanical engineer at a manufacturing company
(Have management experience is prefered)
- Conversational high level of English
- Japanese speakers (More than N3 level)
- Must be able to join the company between the end of April and June.
- Working experience at a Japanese manufacturing company
