【Job Description】
- มีส่วนร่วมรับผิดชอบในงานวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย / (พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และ การเปลี่ยนเปลงการ
ออกแบบ) / All responsible with assigned research and development jobs (New product development and
Changing design).
- ช่วยแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา / Solve the unexpected problem and find out the prevention to instruct
the subordinates.
- ตรวจสอบผลการทดสอบก่อนจัดทำรายงานเพื่อส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า / Review all test results before preparing test report
for submit to customer.
- ให้การสนับสนุนการทดสอบเพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามช้อรองขอของลูกค้า หรือ จากแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อJ/Support to study of
changing design.
- ให้การสนับสนุนข้อมูลทางเทคนิศแก่ผ่ายขาย ลูกค้า ฝ่ายผลิต หรือแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตามร้องขอ/Support to provide
technical information for sale, customer, production or others related sections as requirement.
- ดูแล ตรวจเช็คอุปกรณ์ และเครื่องมือวัดในห้องปฏิบัติการตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย/Take care and check all responsible
equipment, instruments in laboratory.
- ให้การสนับสนุนการฝึกอบรมให้กับหนักงานใหม่และผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความรู้และทักษะการทำงาน
ของแผนก (ทั้งในส่วนของทักษะใหม่ และการอบรมช้ำ/Support training of all knowledge and skill that relate with
jobs requirement for new comer and related subordinates, follow up training result of knowledge and skill from
annual training (Both of new skill and re-training).
- ควบคุม แนะนำ และติดตามการทำงานของผู้ใด้บังคับบัญชา / Supervise, advise, and follow up the subordinates' jobs
- วางแผนเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานและแนะนำผู้ใต้บังคับบัญช1 / Propose improvement plans on working
processes and advise to the subordinates.
- หน้าที่ตามที่ระบุในคู่มือคุณภาพและสิ่งแวดล้วม / Related jobs according to the quality and environmental Manual
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา / Others jobs according io the instruction of the supervisor.

【Qualification】
คุณสมบัติ
-ประสบการณ์ : new graduated หรือ 1 – 2 year-experience
-ฐานเงินเดือน : 18,000 – 23,000 บาท/เดือน +allowance
-วุฒิการศึกษาขั้ตำปริญญาตรีในคณะ และ สาขาที่กี่ยวข้อง คณะวิทยาศาสตร์ และ คณะวิตวกรรม ในสาขาเคมี พอลิ
เมอร์ ปีโตรเคมี อุตสาหกรรมเคมี และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง / Bachelor's Degree or higher in science and engineer
especially chemistry, polymer, petrochemical, industrial chemical or other related field.

คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม :
-.English language skill or TOEIC score > 400 [พูด อ่าน เขียน สื่อสารได้]
-.สามารถใช้เครื่องมือในห้อง lab ได้
-.มีพื้นฐานการใช้ excel ในการคำนวณได้
-สายตาไม่บอดสี / Normal eye-sight, Not color blindness
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ / Able to communicate in English

COMPETENCE & KNOWLEDGE (ความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็น)
- ทักษะหัวหน้างาน / Leadership skill
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดการควบคุมสารเคมี/ Knowiedge of controlled chemicals regulations.
- ทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหา/ Problem solving
- ทักษะการนำเสนองาน/Presentation skill
- การใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง / Knowledge of computer literacy
