【Job Description】
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries, manage the customer database, and strive to improve customer satisfaction.
Regular Follow-ups with Clients:
- Reach out to clients regularly to secure orders and ensure their satisfaction.
Order Processing:
- Handle customer orders, coordinate with relevant departments for order information, and input and process order dat
Sales Support:
- Help with sales materials, presentations, and reports for the sales team.
Support in Creating Advertising Materials:
- Help make brochures, posters, and website content.
SNS and Digital Marketing Operations:
- Assist in planning and running marketing activities on social media and digital platforms.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality, Female, Age 22-28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus)
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in the food or agricultural industry.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Specific Software Skills:"Good at Google Sheets for basic reports, data entry and simple calculations.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Proficiency in Japanese is an advantage.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
