【Job Description】
-Review and restructuring of salary and evaluation systems and benefits
-Planning and management of personnel management indicators
-Budget and performance management of personnel and benefit costs, etc.
-Handling of labor issues, union negotiations, court cases, etc..


【Qualification】
-Male, Age 45-52 Years
-Have working experience as HR & GA Manager
-Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
-Knowledge of HR Systems and databases
-Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
-Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
-In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
-Degree in HR or related field
-Able to coordinate with Japanese people in English
-Working Experience with Japanese Company
-Knowledge of Visa and work permit is preferable
