【Job Description】
Main Purpose of Job:
-Handle all aspects operation of production engineering and maintenance machinery, budgeting, work environment, product quality and safety of workforce
-Manage, monitor, and supervise the engineering and maintenance team to achieve Division’s goal and coordinate with other departments to support manufacturing.
-Planning management for new products or new production processes to meet sales needs as well as providing methods. tools and training staff to be able to produce work according to the specified standards

Responsibilities:
-Establish Department policy and strategy to be in manufacturing with Division policy
-Monitor and report production engineering and maintenance against goals (KPIs) especially related to new model, method process, machine breakdown.
-Apply KAIZEN concept to increase efficiencies / productivity, cycle time, safety, and work in process
-Reduce production cost especially process cost, materials cost, labor cost, scrap in process, and all indirect materials, factory supply usage
-Do PM plan all machinery to maintenance and preventive action including spare parts provision.
-Define needed on manpower and control all personnel related issues
-Coordinate with other Department for solving production problems
-Develop and improve the skill of Section Manager to achieve high competency team
-Any other duties within department as assigned by Management

Supervisory Responsibilities (If applicable):
-The Production Engineering Manager will also be responsible for leading or coach the Section Manager of Engineering and and Maintenance
-Evaluate performance of subordinates

【Qualification】
-Male, Age around 42-47 Years old.
-Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering or related Engineering
-Minimum 10-year experience in Engineering, Project, manufacturing and included
-Minimum 5 years’ experience as management position
-Experience and knowledge of Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Assembly
-Hard work, Strong leadership, and management experience
-Safety rules & Regulations
-Knowledge of preventive maintenance and corrective
-Knowledge of Energy Conservation
-Technical skill of management for teamwork
-Good of English communication, certificate TOEIC 500 up is advantage
-Good skill for Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
