【Job Description】
QA Manager Job
- Responsible, control and monitor all QA working processes.
- Process to ensure that all products purchased fulfill the specified quality standards and requirements.
- Deal with vendor, supplier for process and quality improvement of supplied product.
- Coordination with related divisions for information on product quality to satisfy customers.
- Report and update Branch Manager on all product quality, quality problems, supplier quality, and delivery status on a weekly, monthly, and three-month basis.
- Develop and implement strategies for procurement plans that are in the line with the company’s target.
- Manages suppliers to improve quality, so we can skip BQC process in house and do random check instead

QC Manager Job
- Control and monitor working performance of all QC, QA and Delivery staffs.
- Continue to improve and develop inspection and quality control methods, as well as increase productivity and efficiency.
- Engage with the customer in order to respond to the corrective and preventive action of the customer complaint.
- Responsible for supplier quality, vendor quality and customer quality audit initiatives.
- Control and planning of product delivery schedules to all clients on time.
- Coordinate with the Publisher at least once a month to search for the cause, including the prevention process and any problem methods that affect the product’s quality.
- Control and responsible to ensure that the products are reached the requirement standards and customer expectations based on company objectives.
- Control systematic activities performed within the quality system that can be demonstrated to ensure that a product or service meets the quality requirements from incoming to outgoing quality.

Stock Manager Job
- Manage aging stocks and get rid of obsolete stocks with warehouse stocktaking monthly.
- Manage and Control in the inventory system, inventory document included NG destroy.
- Monitor stock section to proceed in accordance with the company’s inventory policy.

Manager Job
- Comply to corporate regulations and develop operating procedures and work instructions.
- Representing the company corporate, operation, coordinate with government and factory location area.
- Controlling internal warehouse expenses and make decision follow approval system.
- Manage and improve communication with all concerned section.
- Share organization/management policy to team.
- Perform other duties assigned by superior.
- Cooperate and follow strictly to the ISO system.

【Qualification】
- Have experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Management level.
- Have experience in Japanese company or factory will be advantage.
- English or Japanese skill will be advantage.
