【Job Description】
- Searching for a product that we got an inquiry from a customer.
- Contacting to the Overseas suppliers such as request a quote, negotiate a price, request for a credit etc.
- Making a document such as a quotation, purchase order, delivery note etc.
- Receiving products from the suppliers and working with sales to schedule a delivery date to the customers.
- Dealing with a forwarder or courier to import a product.
- Having knowledge about import-export is preferable.
- Checking a HS Code.
- Dealing with the government department. Ex : checking a permit to CBWM etc.
【Qualification】
- Female 25-40 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Japanese or related field.
- 3 years experience in oversea purchase
- Good computer skills - MS Office
- Good Command in English and Japanese. (Above N3)
- Good interpersonal skills (confidentiality / accuracy / time management / etc.)
【Allowance & Benefit】
- Transportation fee 2,000 THB
- Japanese Language Fee (N3/N2/N1)
- Allowance (After Probation) : Diligent Allowance, AIA, Health Check Up, Company Outing, Year End Party, PVD Fund
- Allowance (at the 1st date): SSO
- Probation: 90 days (maybe extend to 120 days depends on their performance)
- Leave: Sick Leave(30 days) / Business Leave(6days) / Vacation Leave (6 days)

Mon-Fri (8:00-17:00)
