【Job Description】
-Developing, implementing and monitoring the company's compliance policies and procedures
-Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, and communicating these to the business
-Conducting compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues
-Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters
-Working closely with other departments to integrate compliance into business processes
-Reporting on the company's compliance status to senior management
-Representing the company in dealings with regulatory authorities
-Management HR field and regulation, Labour relation etc.
【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 35 Years old up.
-Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
-Significant experience (3+ years) in a compliance or legal role, ideally within the logistics or transportation industry
-In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address compliance risks
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Can speak Japanese (Advance consideration)
