【Job Description】
"Maintenance of rubber and polyethylene glove manufacturing machines."

1. Factory Equipment Layout Drawing
- Create layout and wiring diagrams of machinery and electrical systems within the factory.
- Prepare official documents such as Ror.ghor.4 for submission to the Ministry of Interior (MOI) or other government authorities.
2. Initial Setup of Machinery and Equipment
- Assemble newly introduced machines, conduct functional tests, and ensure they are ready for operation in the factory.
3. Disassembly, Assembly, and Repair of Equipment
- Disassemble malfunctioning machines, repair faulty components, and reassemble them to restore operation.
4. Preventive Maintenance Planning
- Develop maintenance plans, including routine inspections and replacement of parts, to ensure long-term safe operation.
5. Troubleshooting and Emergency Response
- Quickly respond to equipment breakdowns or abnormalities to restore normal operation with minimal downtime.
6. Planning and Management of New Equipment Installation
- Handle cost estimation, ordering, delivery scheduling, and overall coordination for the introduction of new machinery.
7. Technical Training and On-site Guidance
- Provide technical instruction and safety training to junior staff and on-site operators.
8. Preparation and Distribution of Work Procedures
- Create operation manuals and ensure all workers understand and follow the correct procedures.
9. Creation and Update of ISO Documentation
- Prepare and regularly update documents to comply with ISO standards for quality and safety management.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality/ Male/ 28- 40 years old
- Must have working in factory
- Must have electrical engineer license
