【Job Description】
- Manage its Organization and Function : Manpower planning, Train up employee in its organization according to required level, Follow & required Rule and Regulation, Procedure system, Keep up 5S.
- Planning and execution of sales strategies: Maintain ongoing relationships with current customers and keeping orders, Re-establish relationships with former customers and get new orders, Promote sales to new customers and get new orders.
- KPI setting and monitor, PDCA implementation and performance verification。
- Document control
- Review, update, and file for necessary documents.
- Get customer inquiry and Registration form, PP20, and discuss offer price with superior.
- Prepare Quotation and submit to customer.
- Follow PO, Deposit from Customer.
- Prepare Sales agreement, Rental agreement.
- Handle to customer for Invoice, Receipt,
- Collection of sales proceeds
- Customer care, entertainment.
- Prepare and submit report.
- Follow superior instruction from time to time

【Qualification】
- Degree in Engineering / Management
- Diploma in Engineering / Management with minimum 5 years working experience on related field
- Experience in selling container transport equipment, large forklifts, container transport trailers, and port cranes, and understanding of electrical circuits, mechanisms, and hydraulic systems
- Good Inter Personnel Skilled
- Willing to Travel
- Can work under minimum Supervision
- Communication in English (conversation and documents)
